Kate leads the people side of Women’s Marketing, helping us develop and grow into the leading agency we’ve become. Her role includes staffing, benefits and compensation, performance management, employee relations, IT and facilities management. Kate works closely with the management team on organizational development and is passionate about helping the business make the most of the company’s significant resources and talent.
